1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ImpactGrid Creator Intelligence ("ImpactGrid", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by ImpactGrid Group Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our platform. If you are using the platform on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and ImpactGrid Group Ltd. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use ImpactGrid Creator Intelligence. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Professional accounts on the ImpactGrid Network are subject to admin approval. We reserve the right to decline or revoke access at our discretion.
Employer accounts are available to businesses and organisations. By registering as an employer, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a legitimate business entity.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date
- Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
You must not share your account with others or allow third parties to access your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
5. User Content
You retain full ownership of all content you upload or create using the platform, including business data, profile information, and any content generated with our tools.
By using the platform, you grant ImpactGrid Group Ltd a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:
- Store and process your content to provide the services you have requested
- Display your profile information on the ImpactGrid Network where applicable
- Transmit your content to connected third-party platforms where you have authorised this
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you upload or publish does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party, and does not violate any applicable law.
6. Third-Party Integrations
Our platform integrates with third-party services including TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. By connecting your accounts:
- You authorise ImpactGrid to access your data via those platforms' official APIs
- You allow retrieval of analytics, performance, and content data as permitted by each platform
- You permit publishing actions on platforms where you have explicitly granted that permission
- You acknowledge that each platform's own terms of service and privacy policy apply to your use of that platform
We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third-party platforms. You may revoke platform connections at any time from your dashboard.
TikTok integrations are governed by TikTok's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
- Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its servers
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform without permission
- Use the platform to spam, harass, or harm other users
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security features
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All platform content, software, design, branding, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of ImpactGrid Group Ltd and are protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
This includes, but is not limited to, the ImpactGrid and Dijo AI names, logos, the Trend Score™ algorithm, and all platform interfaces.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- ImpactGrid Creator Intelligence and all AI-generated insights are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any analytics, forecasts, or AI recommendations
- We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on platform insights
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform
- Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ImpactGrid Group Ltd, its directors, employees, and partners from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the platform in breach of these Terms
- Any content you upload, publish, or transmit through the platform
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@impactgridgroup.com. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law survive termination of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes that affect your rights, we will notify registered users by email with at least 14 days' notice.
Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform.
