• Instagram account data — profile and media data (where authorised)

• Communication data from any support requests you send us

We only collect data necessary to provide the services you use. We do not collect data in the background without your knowledge.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our platform and services
• Authenticate users and manage account access
• Retrieve analytics data from connected social platforms
• Enable content publishing via connected platform APIs

ImpactGrid integrates with the following third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review:

• TikTok — Authentication, analytics, and content publishing via TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API
• YouTube — Channel analytics and video performance data via YouTube Data API v3
• Instagram — Profile, media, and insights data via Instagram Basic Display API
• Supabase — Secure database hosting and user authentication infrastructure
• Cloudflare — Security, performance, and DDoS protection
• Google Fonts — Typography delivery via Google's CDN

Where we access third-party platform data on your behalf, we only request the minimum permissions necessary and only retain that data for as long as required to provide the service.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data in the following limited circumstances:

• With service providers who help us operate the platform, under strict data processing agreements
• With employers on the ImpactGrid Network when you apply for a role (limited to your profile information)
• When required by law, court order, or regulatory authority
• In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate notice to you

Any third party who receives data is contractually required to protect it in accordance with applicable data protection law.

6. Security

We take the security of your data seriously and apply industry-standard measures including:

• Secure password hashing via Supabase Auth
• Access controls limiting data to authorised personnel only
• Regular security reviews of platform integrations

While we apply rigorous security practices, no system is completely impenetrable. We cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

• Third-party platform tokens are stored securely and can be revoked at any time from your dashboard
• Business analytics data you upload is retained until you delete it or close your account
• Application and job data on the Network is retained for up to 12 months after a role is closed

We use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience on the platform. Specifically, we use:
